spoiler on legacy wagon replace

Hello, I recently lost the spoiler (had become loose then flew off in the wind on the highway) from the top of the rear hatch door of my Subaru wagon. I have found a replacement but need some help understanding how to remove the inner cosmetic paneling on the door so that I can access the mounting screws. What you see in the 1st pic is the missing panel and how I have secured the upper back-up light with tape. The second picture has the interior panel that needs to be removed circled in red.

Identify the year and model of the Subaru. Maybe service repair instructions can be found.

Simple tools are required and don't be surprised if some plastic clips are damaged upon removal.
