Splash Guard Installation

I just ordered the splash guard kit from my Subaru dealer. I plan to install
them on my 2003 Legacy L Special Edition Wagon. Are these difficult to
install? Take each wheel off and screw each splash guard in place? Are there
pre-drilled holes? Thanks for any advice.

Haven't done it myself as I had them dealer installed when I bought the car.
You can find instructions here and I suspect they come with the splash
guards.

Holes are pre-drilled. Do not have to remove the fire, if you have a stubby
screw driver
