Slow touchscreen response

There can be up to a 30 second delay in opening the radio app in my 2020 Outback. Is this just my vehicle or is it common issue? Several times the screen froze and didn't come on until I restarted the car.

I have had that happen a few times in mine. Sometimes right after I start the car and get moving the screen will go blank but it eventually catches up..

I think this is a common issue with first generation software. Neither the dealership (Kendall Suburu of Eugene Oregon) or Subaru of America will admit this is a big problem
