Should I buy it? (Pics)

2006 Baja Turbo 5-speed with 25k miles for 17k.
The car fax is clean and all maintenance has been done at the subaru dealer it was purchased at. how good is the gas mileage? Is it going to be easy and pretty cheap to maintain?
