Hi. I have a 2001 Outback...5 speed. I seem to have a short in my electrical system. I keep blowing same 15amp fuse. it cuts off all my power windows as well as one of my 2 cooling fans, and my ABS light comes on. All happens at same time . ( and car heads towards overheating cause one fan is down)....Thoughts as to where short can be ?
