I started a case due to my amplifier needing replacement after a software upgrade. The intake person was super nice and took a lot of information. I was hopeful. Then I got an email from someone (probably AI). Basically saying since car was out of warranty nothing could be done. I asked for a higher level manager and they wouldn't gibe me any other recourse. Just kept replying with there is no further recourse to be taken. Dead end but I'm going to keep trying!!Greetings Everyone!
