It'll be like HR, named for you, but built to keep them from helping you. Good luck.

I started a case due to my amplifier needing replacement after a software upgrade. The intake person was super nice and took a lot of information. I was hopeful. Then I got an email from someone (probably AI). Basically saying since car was out of warranty nothing could be done. I asked for a higher level manager and they wouldn't gibe me any other recourse. Just kept replying with there is no further recourse to be taken. Dead end but I'm going to keep trying!!

If you call, you may get a human you can ask for additional higher up humans...but that's no guarantee of a good results or even a conversation these days. Most customer service people are neither English speakers or fully human...

These reports are very disappointing and discouraging. Does anyone have an alternative approach to achieving success? Is information available proving the names and contact information for the board members of Subaru USA? My experience is that a certified letter or email to the head of customer service with copies to each office and board member will often get a more positive response.

I filled out the form on the website for my problem. The problem was I needed a new muffler. Only had 43000 miles on my 2021 crosstrek. They said if i paid a $100 deductible they would cover. Ended up that wasn't the problem. They're still trying to figure it out. They did call me on the phone, to talk to me.

I keep getting responses like "if you can find a published article or another service station that can state this is the problem, that would be helpful." Well isn't that THEIR JOB!!?? No luck getting higher up emails either. They aren't listed on the Subaru website and I can't access them through LinkedIn. They seem to be well insulated. Does anyone have email address information for higher ups?

It's the MBA crap for brains that passes for business smarts these days.
Let's see what's wrong with that idea. They supposedly learn business from a bunch of academic nitwits who have spent their entire existance hiding out from life in an academic coccon protected by tenure. Yeah, right, they're sure gonna know a whole lot about business. Plus the numbskulls likely went into hock up to there eyeballs getting a piece of paper issued by the nitwits. Yeah that's a real plan for success alright. Trouble is you don't find any real business successes waisting their time teaching school.
As to so called AI, it's just a computer program programmed by computer programmers who can't figure out where the can is half the time. AI is clearly not ready for prime time.
All this really is, is the MBAs trying to show a good quarter in order to get a bonus check by cutting the hell out of the payroll and to hell with the customer or the future of the company they're supposed to be working for.

As an MBA who is nothing like that... you could like you have a beastly case of EOG.
