Rough Running, shuts off at idle

Seeing what I can look into for this issue.

At idle there is rough running.....even cold it is rough but more so when warm.
With accelerator pressed while warm, it is fine.
I can hook up my scan tool, and if I look at "Roughness Monitor" for all 4. It does show numbers while at idle, when I press the accelerator the numbers go away and smooth running.
So that is misfires in all cylinders.

I get P0300 (no cylinder specific code, so there are misfires on all cylinders)
I have gotten P0068, I replaced the MAF. Same issue.

I took out EGR and cleaned it. Ran tests with my scan tool and that all seems to check out.

What should I look at next?
This all happened at once, so I don't think ignition coil issue for all 4 plugs.
Perhaps Throttle issue? TPS?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Also check your PCV valve if you have not checked it. You should hear a rattle.
