Reverse Automatic Breaking System (RAB)

Installed an E-Trailer hitch receiver per directions. After installation was complete noticed that the RAB sensor light was lit and upon starting the vehicle..."RAB Disabled" is displayed on the dash and then a message is displayed to "Check Owner's Manual" (see attached files). Anyone have any advice on how to clear this?

How did you tap in the trailer wiring plug?

I did not install the trailer wiring harness. Found out on my initial issue that I had inadvertently disconnected the sensor on the right rear bumper during replacing the bumper cover. Be sure to check all connections before replacing the bumper cover. For your issue...go to ETrailer and they have great videos on installing the hitches and trailer harness. Depending on you model the harnesses just plug in to the existing wiring.
