On our 2025 Subaru Outback the tire warning light came on. I added air where necessary to get the proper tire pressure but the warning light remains on. The Yellow !. I cannot find a way to make it go off. The warning just wants me to go to the dealer who is 45 miles away. I cannot find in the manuals how to reset the warning. I made sure it is set to PSI.

Drive the car for about a mile and it should reset. This is in also in the manual under tires/warning light.

The TPS sensors do not turn on until the tires have been in motion for a mile or so. If they didn't do that the batteries would die in short order. Fill the tires to recommend pressure then go drive the car a mile or two and they should go off. If not it's probably a dead battery in a wheel sensor. If that's the case, I'd have a tire shop replace all the tire sensors.

Subarus (at least through 2024 - the last year I checked) have only four memory slots for the TPMS IDs, so when you switch to snow tires, you have to reprogram the system to recognize the tires. I bought an Autel unit to both check the tire pressure (it reads the TPMS from each tire) and reprogram the car. If you have to take it to the dealer, it's $$. My F150 has eight slots, so swapping snows needs no extra work.

I think if i were you i will buy a codes reader to check if any issues with your tires i bought a XTOOL D5S compatible with the Subaru vehicle it help me to check to my Outback 2020 if i don't have any issues with codes i got an issues
my with my wife's car a Honda Civic and i check it because she as a warning Engine light was on i check for codes it gave me some codes
that i print it out and bring to the Honda dealer guess what the dealer got the same code. these day some dealers will try to trick you with something else to make $$$ than we gave the code to them and they said they have the same codes issues or issues was the gasoline cap wasn't close correctly and let air getting in the system and make the yellow engine light come on and we have to replaced a device to the system. by the way the device will show you all codes issues if they are present you will know in advance before you go to the dealer.
