Rear hub

2007 impreza and rear hub bolted on behind park brake shoes not from axle side as normal?
Is this how it should be or not ?

That is how Subaru does it. Tip on how to remove the hub. Remove two opposite bolts. Then loosen the other two, finger tight back down, then back off each exactly 1/2 turn. The bolts are shoulder bolts so a socket will rest on the shoulder. Now using a socket (impact socket would be best but a regular socket will do) and extension and a BFH (big hammer), drive the bolt head until against the hub. Then back off the two bolts another half turn and repeat. This method keeps the hub from getting cocked in the knuckle. Repeat until the hub clears the knuckle.
