Radiator Fan elec. connector removal 2008 Impreza Sedan

how do you remove this, see picture, tied press and pull not coming out. Any help appriciated.

That type looks like "lift" to unclip from the main harness. Sometimes a "pick" can lift the tab without damage.

2 hoses bottom of radiator, what fluid is it, what is the procedure while replacing the radiator.

Transmission fluid. Find yourself a service manual for correct specifications and fluid levels / type
