Hello!
I have a Subaru Levorg and I have the problem with batteries in my keys
I have changed batteries in both keys. (Last one I changed was about 2-3 months ago).
But battery seems to deplete fast. Now I have to be like 1 meter from the car and click button multiple times again for it to open. and sometimes even to start. I mean batteries should hold more than 2 months no?

Do I need to change to new keys? Any error in the car? (Last service found nothing)

Anyone with similar problem? (I don't want to buy new keys if that is not the issue)

Any help appriciated

Hello again.
After lots of googling.. I have a theory!

Car key fobs communicate with the car using RF (Radio waves)..
Lighthouse for VR headset uses Radiowaves to syncronize between eachother.

My car key fob is stored close to a VR lighthouse node.. Could the key fob be listening to that radiowave and deplete?

Edit: Ok reading up more seems like base station (Lighthouse thing) might not communicate via radiowaves. But still isn't it likely tat there is some device that is depleting my keys here at home? So solution should be RF blocking for the key fobs?
