Problem reading Bank 1 Sensor 1 02 sensor

Hi, i have a 2004 impreza ts wagon that is driving me crazy. The car ran fine then all of a sudden it started spuddering and missing and it threw the p003, then it ran fine for a week and started acting up again.. so i replaced the 02 sensor the code was gone and it ran great for another week then it started acting up again the same way. I unplugged the battery and let it sit and it ran fine for about another week. When it starts acting up its always on the initial start up, the car just starts shaking, and the last time it started acting up i got the p0032 code. All wires and connectors look to be fine, is this an ECU issue? when i unplug the sb5 fuse and put it back in that also seems to temporarily fix the issue. I would love any feedback.

Looking up 'P003 Subaru' on the Google, lots of fuel pressure regulator related stuff to look at.
Maybe try some of the easier fixes before replacing the power control module.
