Problem I'm having with car shifting

I went over a speedbump today (apprently too fast) and immediately
my Subaru Outback was very sluggish in shifting gears (it is an
automatic). After stopping at a light and going again it acted like it
wanted to stall but then got going ok. Did this several
more times on the way to work. I'm thinking that something got
messed up in the shifting by hitting the speedbump or maybe the
idle got out of whack. Any ideas?

Word from the dealership this morning is the
oxygen sensor is malfunctioning. Will cost
around $220 to fix it. Not too bad, at least it is
not the transmission like I feared it might be.
