I just bought a 2019 Outback that was in a collision with a deer. The impact was strong enought to deploy the steering wheel airbag, side curtains, and seat belts. The problem I'm facing with fixing it is that the power seat adjustment isn't working. I'm assuming it's a safety feature that disables them when the seat belts lock up.
I'm in a bind because in order to get to the srs module and the seat belts, I need to move the seats front.
Are the deployed seat belts preventing the seat from operating?
Is there a way to overide that or move the seat manually?
