Power at coil, no spark

Hello, I recently just picked up a 1991 Subaru loyale, guy told me it didn’t have spark, and it was the ignition pick up module inside the distributor I replace that and the ignition coil, and it still wouldn’t start. I have power going through the coil at the proper ohms, both the primary and secondary, but for some reason I am not getting spark, even when I put my timing light on the coil wire going to the distributor, please help
