Picked up my 2021... HVAC problem?

Hello all.. I just got my 2021 limited, replaced my 2017 Impreza. When I’m running the heat on Full Auto, I notice that the air directed at the driver is warmer than the passenger air, especially from the vents on either side of the screen. The temperature on the passenger side does go up when I raise the temp, but it seems always somewhat lower than the driver side. Any ideas if this is normal behavior for this climate control system?

by the way, the Crosstrek with the 2.5 is really good... it a huge powerhouse, it a bit better than our 2020 Forester.
