I have a 2010 outback, about a month ago it ran this code stating that the cat was running too lean. I took it into a shop and they had me replace the upstream o2. Now after a few weeks of driving the code has come back. Had a buddy of mine take a look and read the code and hes saying it might be a water jacket leak (it’s previously had a coolant leak). Hoping thats not the case but any other thoughts?

Tldr: ran code, replaced upstream o2, running code again, buddy said water jacket, any thoughts?

Additional info that may be helpful is that the code now seems to be heat dependent; will run lights in the heat and then go away if running long enough at night
