P0447

My exhaust needs to be replaced, rusted in several parts and dropped. I've repaired with jb weld, steel weld, e.t.c e.t.c. I started with 12 codes, now down to 1 or 3. The car typically runs on 2 cylinders having misfires on two And the code p0447 always shows up. my assumption, from all the rust under the car, is that it's just the electrical wiring to the charcoal canister is corroded with rust and needs to be cleaned. however here is the problem with my car and if anyone has any suggestions I'm open to whatever. as I said before the car typically runs off of 2 cylinders and now the car is dying at low RPMs, just shuts off, but every once in awhile, and I'm not sure what's the reason, but the car will send the catch all cylinders and I'm back to full power the car runs perfect but it's happened last less frequently and for less and less time. I need to fix this car ASAP.

My problem was the coils did show on codes unless the car was running with the problem
