Bought a 2018 Impreza (50th anniversary edition) recently with only 9k miles and it is mint and has every option.
Yesterday the Check Engine light came on (few miles from home) as well as all the other safety lights (Eye sight, RAB. etc.). The latter is normal I guess when the Check Engine light comes on.
The code was P0300 that indicates an engine misfire. My son said it ran fine however.
I cleared the code and wondered if I should wait to see if it happens again before taking it in to the dealer. I Think it is just under the 3 year warranty but I think they would charge me if they find nothing wrong. I cannot imagine anything wrong that I see listed since the car is so new.
