Ouback rims on Forester?

I have a 2019 Forester with 18x7J ET48 rims and 225 55 R18 tires.

I bought some used Subaru rims but turns out they were from a 2018 Outback. They specs on them are 18x7j ET55, and it looks like the stock tires would have been 225 60 R18.

Question is: can I mount my winter 225 55 R18 tires on the Outback rims and mount them on my Forester? Is this safe and will there be any difference noticed? Both are bolt pattern 5 x 114.3

Go to a reputable shop
Remove one front and one rear. Fit the used rim front and back
Fit a tire to used front rim, rotate the steering wheel to make sure there are no obstructions while on the ground.
The tires will fit, you'll need to test the offset.
Always torque the wheels and re-torque after 100 Km of travel.
