Oil leak

My 2019 ascent started leaking oil(not a lot) I took it to the dealer. They determined the oil pan is leaking and possibly the oil level sensor. Said when parts come in, will take 2-3 days to fix. Still covered under warranty, but not happy. Transmission recall still not performed since they haven’t determined how to fix it yet. Anyone else having a problem with leaks?

What engine installed in your ascent? 2.4 turbo? My friend hasn't this problem with mileage 30k. Possible this is factory issue?

All the Ascents have the 2.4 litre turbo.
