Hello.
When I turn hard to the right, there is a clunking noise coming from front left wheel well. My reguylar mechanic inspected it and said it could not find a problem. Already had front and rear suspension replaced.
Car has 150000 miles on it/2018 3.6 LITER Outback.
Question: any recommendation for a good Subaru Mechanic in the Columbus Ohio region?
Thank you.

You're right. You need a new mechanic. These should be simple things for even a shade tree mechanic to diagnose.

What items specifically did you have replaced? "Suspension" can mean many things.

Hello. shop owner told me that he needed to replace all the suspension systems:shock, struts, etc...on all wheels.Bill came up to 2700 dollars.

ok . what I know is that i was told to change the strut assembly : struts, springs and mounts.

$2700 is nowhere what they would charge for "all the suspension systems". Maybe all four struts.

was the clunking happening before the suspension work? Check your invoice it should itemize what work was done.

YES CLUNKING HAPPENED BEFORE SUSPENSION WORK.
WORK DONE PER INVOICE: NAPA SHOCK AND STRUTS SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY
NAPA CHASSIS PARTS SUSPENSION STABILIZER LINK
INSPECTION OF STEERING COMPONENTS, ADJUST CASTER,CAMBER, TOE IN.

I gonna go with ball joints..especiallyl if they are original ones.. Sorry I don't know a shop in the Columbus area.

Ok.Is that expensive? and how fast do I need to get it done? Have both sides to be done?
Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Get off the internet and get to a shop. We have no idea what is wrong with your car and can only offer thoughts based on info you provide. All of which means nothing if not properly diagnosed which is difficult to do from here. Many shops struggle with diagnosis after examining your car. What chance do we have from behind our keyboards? If both sides have problems then yes...otherwise no. Happy to help but gone as far as possible. find a shop that can properly diagnose. good luck
