No Start / Clicking After Accident

I removed (cut wires) several sensors including airbag, airbox, etc. thinking I was going to part the vehicle after an accident that damaged passenger side suspension and body work. As I got into it, I realized the damage was not as severe. I believe I have reconnected all the sensors and wiring that were removed, except some minor things like the washer fluid reservoir. Now, if I turn the key to on, there are a lot of warnings on the dash and vehicle does not start. It did limp in to the shop after the accident.

What I know:
There is a loud clicking/tapping near fuse panel under hood when key is in the ON position. This does NOT happen if the E/G relay is removed OR the ECM is unplugged, but of course still no starting. I tested the relay, and it is good.

Any advice or things to check before the parts hit eBay? I love this car and would love to get it back on the road.
