Hello everyone!
New to the forum here, and I have a car that I'd like to find the owner of.
It is a bit of a challenging one but there is also a fair amount of information on this car online. It was found in Olympia Washington and was originally sold out of Poulsbo WA. If anyone has any idea who this car belongs/belonged to, I would love to be put in contact with them.
I found recently abandoned on the side of the road a 1982 Subaru GLF 1.8 with a tribute livery to Peter "Possum" Bourne, a New Zealand rally driver. Now the car was listed for auction about 6 years ago, as there is an award on the car at a show with the date 2018. A very unique car indeed, but it was unfortunately left on the side of the road for some reason and it looks as though it has been outside for a very long time.
Here are the current pictures with my little legacy in the background and also the images of the car as were posted on the auction site. It was a show car not a functional rally car, but it is still very a cool very unique car.
Again, if anyone has any ideas whose car this is, where I could find more info or also what other groups I could ask around in, I would really appreciate it.
