Hi my name is Evan.
I am looking for some information. I am currently looking to buy a 2006 Impreza 2.5i with manual transmission. The car in question has 269,000 miles on it. I drove it Saturday and what I noticed was it has issues in first gear like it doesn't want to move. But once you get going the car has no issues.
It does have 2 codes stored cylinders 1 and 2 misfire. Once I got it back to its house I checked the oil and it had nothing on the dipstick. It doesn't smell burnt and there is no oil on the underside of the car or anywhere in the engine bay.
The mileage concerns me and so does the no oil on the dipstick.
What else should I be looking at and concerned about?
