New 2020 Crosstrek Making Loud Whining Noises

I bought a new 2020 crosstrek standard had it for 3 months now. And for a while now it makes loud high pitch whining around 30 to 35 or so and 50 to 59 it's really loud. Also after the auto off turns the engine off and it turns back on sometimes it make an electrical growning sound when I accelerate. Is anyone else having this problem or is it normal for the standard with cvt to do this? Or since I didnt buy the premium or limited am I just reaping me being cheap?

That doesn't sound normal at all. Take it back to your dealer and let them handle the problem.
