Navigation system lost all maps 2022 Ascent Touring

My 2022 Subaru Ascent, 8500 miles, suddenly lost all maps on the navigation system and cannot do map updates nor find ANY address.

Map updates are by subscription. Based on the 2022 model year, the subscription may have expired. That doesn't explain the loss of all maps, though. You should only lose the ability to perform updates until the subscription is renewed. The installed maps should not be affected. You can find additional information at https://subaru-maps.com/. There is a link at the bottom of the page to view a user manual if needed. If the map download is unsuccessful, you may have a problem with the infotainment hardware itself. This website allows you to download updates to your computer and then save to a flash drive for installation in the vehicle with an active subscription. It also allows you to download the app to perform the download to your computer. Hope this helps.
