Navigation system...is it worth it as can link cell phone with google maps

any reason to add the navigation system as option to 2025 Premium--you can link your cell phone with google maps....any other features of the nav system...other then connection via satellite when no cell connection. And..does it cost to get map updates from Subaru.

I like the navigation on my subaru crosstrek, I highly recommend it.

I go down the hill I live on often where cell coverage is sketchy. My cellphone map craps out but the map display in the car keeps on cooking. Ideally the cellphone is supposed to be using the same GPS signals but it seems practice proves otherwise.

And if you off road any, there are a lot of options. I sue Osmand because it is free and just always works. Super program.
