Nav System Question

Discussion in 'General Motoring' started by Shiva Nataraja, Jul 23, 2006.

  1. Do the navigation systems that come with either the Outback or the
Tribeca allow your front-seat passenger to set a new destination while
    the car is moving?

Some nav systems, such as the one in the Acura TL, let you enter a
destination anytime, while others, such as the one in the Lexus IS-300
I used to have, have an asinine lockout that prevents a destination
from being entered or changed while the car is moving. If Subaru's nav
systems are like this, I can save myself a trip to the dealership. :)

Can anyone with a Subaru nav system help me out here?
