My engine is toast- fuel in the engine block- rebuild or do I purchase a crate certified use engine?

I dodged a bullet with my blown engine. The extended warranty I purchased covered the 10k to replace my motor- all new motor and turbo- out of pocket $3000 for the policy at purchase of car- $200 deductible. Best investment I have ever made.
