Muffler for subaru crosstrek

My muffler was recently replaced from subaru dealer. It was making noises, and it was found out that it was defective. I only paid $100 deductible. It's still making noises. Anybody have any recommendations? They also cleaned out any carbon in the engine thinking that was the problem.
