About 8 days ago after an android auto update I started receiving a message on the info screen that my phone battery was low and it could disrupt service ( the phone battery was fully charged). I did a factory reset on the subaru side and removed and reinstalled android auto and still got the message. Googled it and found reddit threads with lots of people having the same problem regardless of their phone type or car type. The solution appears to be, and it worked for me and others was to disable the battery saver function on the phone. Simple fix that worked. Hope this helps anyone experiencing the same problem.

I have the same issue. Why would this happen? Seems like a pain to have to disable battery saver on my phone every
time I get in the car.

"S" is violating International Frequency Treaties for their "unusual" uses .... probably spying on customer use of Non-Sub Repair Services .... !
