Lift springs for 2008 Subaru Impreza

Are there front springs I can buy for a 2008 Subaru Impreza Wagon that have an extra coil and have to be precompressed, giving a higher ride height but not a stiffer ride than stock?

Easier: use a spring spacer above the spring. You keep the same spring rate, but raise the vehicle because the spring is pre-compressed.
