This will strictly be based on the way you drive. If you drive off road or on rocky, unpaved roads often I can see this being the case. Torn axle boots are usually to blame.
No torn boots, dealer has done all maintenance since new. Had vibration at highway speeds. Dealer replaced both front axles, a lower left control arm, and to insure nothing left to chance, turned rotors, 4 wheel align and balance. $2,000 later vibration still there. No longer a happy Subaru owner, and really unhappy with quality of dealer work. Not as bad as my Audis were on maintenance but getting close.
