Knocking from rear end

Hello all, I have a 2003 Baja 2.5 MT. I have a loud knocking sound that seems to coincide with accelerator from about 15 mph and up. Axles look to be alright as far as I can tell, I just need half a day to get her in the air an take a good look everything. Has anyone ever had this happen?
