Hi people! I recently leased the Solterra Premium and I like to share my experiences with others like myself.

Hey Sweddude. I am a year into my lease. The car has performed as advertised. Which is to say this car, built by Toyota, I would call a tepid entry into the EV market for Subaru and Toyota. The range is well below Tesla and the advertised ranges of the American made EVs like Ford F-150 Lightning, Mustang, Chevy Silverado, Bolt, and the EV Hummer. I believe even the upgraded little Bolt has better range. As far as this class, Mustang is outfront, if you can call a Mustang an SUV. Toyota seems to be pacing against Korean cars like Kia and Hyundai, which have pretty full lines of EVs at similar price points and similar range performance. I closed on the lease being a previous Subaru owner.
