Installing Subaru Visor with Mirror In 2001 Legacy???

Okay... the wife needs a visor mirror on the passenger side of our 2001 Legacy. I suggested just buying one that you attach, but she would like it to look nice. What's the trick to changing the existing visor with a Subaru visor with a mirror.
