If you have a moonroof (see-through sunroof), consider sliding the cover closed to increase noise insulation. Otherwise, I doubt there is much to do beyond *adding* more stuff to alter the aerodynamics helpfully. That would probably involve a lot of experimentation without success. If you have overlooked speed, consider changing your speed (sometimes even a few MPH can reduce the sound a lot). Beyond that, I think you could experiment with shifting the rack position if possible. If you're lucky, maybe opening a sunroof and cracking a rear window could induce an airflow change to reduce noise. My own removable rack is quite noisy and I have found I can't do a thing beyond driving a bit slower. Each rack has it's own turbulence pattern, so maybe you will get lucky. My rack cross-members even have an airfoil shape which should reduce noise, but the cross-member ends, mounts, and accessories all create a lot of turbulence and noise.
