How can I change my radiator fluid on my 2015?

Has anyone replaced Radiator fluid on your Crosstrek? My car now has 85K miles and I am thinking to replace the radiator fluid myself. I purchased 2 gallons fluid from dealer and haven’t figured out how to drain off the old fluid. I was looking for the Wing nut but can not find it anywhere.
