I've iwned nothing except Subarus for forty years. 
Current Subaru is on its last legs, per our mechanic of 16 years, so looking to replace it.
I'm looking for a Forester old enough that no sort of factory Internet connection is included. I don't mind that this limits the console features. Any information about permanently disabling internet on a later forester is also welcome.
Any advice about your experience with any Forester prior to 2016 is also welcome! Thanks!
