Tokyo, August 10, 2011 - Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI), the make
of Subaru automobiles, today has announced that it will exhibit th
all-new "SUBARU XV" (European specifications) as a worl
premiere at the 64th Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011. The ne
model will be unveiled at the Subaru press conference, scheduled a
9.30am on September 13th

The SUBARU XV defines a new generation of Subaru crossover vehicles
It is the production version of the design concept "SUBARU X
CONCEPT" displayed last April at Shanghai motor show. Th
concept was favourably received globally thanks to its distinctiv
and trendy design which blend a crossover-like commanding silhouett
and an urban friendly image into one harmonious and elegant package

Under the brand statement "Confidence in Motion", Subar
brand always inspires confidence with customers through it
commitment to "engineering excellence". With the core idea
of "engineering excellence", Subaru continues to provid
customers with "Enjoyment and Peace of Mind" in all Subar
products

I would receive impreza on stilts favorably as long as there is a much
needed
stiff shock (er, that's called sport suspension, my bad) option
and a 1.5" front sway bar along with a 1" rear putting sti to shame.

The old fucking thing called outback "sport" was pretty much unusable
in fast sweeps of tightly twisted
kaulifornia switchbacks and not everyone appreciaties the curb
scraping
bumper height of sti to get a car that does not squat, roll and dive
without
much of a provocation

"Sport" is smartly removed from the imported euro name. That's nice.
