Help: which brand is best for replacing the Engine EJ253

Hello I am in the market to get a new engine (Long block) and I want the best quality engine Ive read a lot of conflicting stuff in my seraches so if anyone has experience with this and could help me in the right direction I would be internally grateful.

I have a 2010 Subaru Forester X (Sport Package), with a Automatic Transmission (has Sport & Manual Mode). My Engine is EJ253.
