Help identify this leak

Hello, I have an 08 Impreza that has a leak near the oil filter. I have cleaned it off and it comes back at this same spot. Could someone please tell me what seal this would be that is leaking?

1) Pressure wash the engine.
2) Add a automotive dye to the engine oil (capsule)
3) Using a "black light" look for the leak
