Head light interior dash lite, 2020 outback xt.

The 2 green lights on my dash that inform me which exterior lights are on now only 1 lights. Is this a bulb where the tech needs to tear my dash apart? Or, how is this fixed? Thanks!

On our 2020 Outback XT the second light indicator is for the fog lights, on the turn signal stalk. Usually that indicator is OFF as we don’t drive with the fog lights on that often.
