Shows up on the combination display in any mode and have searched the manual to set it to enabled but have been unable to return it to normal. Not X mode settings or panel switches will return it to normal. Any ideas as to resetting or enabling it again.
Thanks

If there are any faults recorded in memory that pertain to these examples : Engine control, Transmission control, ABS control etc., recorded faults can inhibit System Dynamic Control. If any aftermarket devices have been installed, remove / disconnect them and test again.

If there are any codes stored, would clearing them with an OBD reader be possible or does it take a bi-directional scanner to see and clear? Someone posted a reply in another forum that balancing the tire pressure could reset this warning. I have no TPMS alerts or display indicating any issue. Thanks

An OBD scan tool only has access to the Engine and Transmission controllers. Very limited with the transmission.
The OBD scanner will however record faults associated to the ECM and TCM. An OEM or factory style scan tool is where the entire network (all controllers) are scanned and all the recorded faults can be displayed.
"Balancing TPMS" is a new one (never heard of that). TPMS will warn the driver of pressure changes and a tire pressure gauge will prove the tires are set correctly but a TPMS tool will advise the user: Individual TPMS ID, Battery, Frequency and tire pressure for each wheel.
