S o I've got a 2011 Outack with Harmon Kardon and nav. One day i got in and no sound from stereo. all the functions work just no sound. Not even static. Checked audio fuse under hood and audio fuse under dash both good. Unhooked neg cable from batt and rebooted, still no sound. Someone at Advanced auto parts said it could be the underseat amp. I was able to remove the plastic cover on the amp but thats as far as I could get. I dont have a clue how to remove it short of pulling out the seat first. Help Please.
