Genuine Subaru Cooling System Conditioner

Any know of a generic "Genuine Subaru Cooling System Conditioner" that one can
buy OTC?
 
Not that I know of. Subaru charges less than 5 bucks and if your under their
warranty they put in free of charge and upgrade your warranty to 8Y/80,000
miles.
