Fuel pump relay stuck?

i went out to the garage and heard a buzzing noise from my wife's 2014 Forester. She had parked it several hours earlier. I think it was coming from the fuel tank. I started the engine and turned it off. The buzzing stopped. Fuel pump relay or something else?

Sorry for the double post, must be an iPad thing.....
