Front tires 0.5" smaller than rear

One of the tires on my 2016 Forester got a flat. I decided to replace the 2 tires in the rear, not all 4. I measured the tire diameters and the rear tires are half an inch bigger than the front. They're the same make/model of tire. Is this size difference going to damage my drive train or anything else?

i would put new at front
front wear out 4-5 times faster
